Introduction to the Logistics Service Center

On June 25, 2018, the school abolished the Logistics Management Department and the Logistics Service Group, and established the Logistics Service Center, which is an educational auxiliary department of the school. It represents the school in implementing logistics planning, restaurant management, property management, and campus greening planning, public building allocation management and maintenance and renovation, energy management such as water, electricity, heating, and gas, as well as the construction of schools and kindergartens for children and the rational use and management of logistics resources.

The Logistics Service Center has 10 secondary institutions. That is: the General Affairs Department, the Quality Supervision Department, the Energy Security Department, the Building Facilities Department, the Catering Service Department, the Property Management Department, the Material Supply Department, the Commercial Management Department, the School for Children, and the Kindergarten. The center currently has 164 employees, including 62 regular employees (including 17 personnel agents) and 103 temporary workers such as labor dispatch. In addition, 340 people provide property services for the school, 519 people provide catering services, and 248 people provide commercial services.

III. Introduction to the Smart Electric Control Function of Apartments

The electricity consumption of our school's student apartments and young teachers' apartments is managed by the SIMS smart electric control system. This system integrates the intelligent electricity meter and the micro control part, and is connected to the computer, forming a high-tech electricity metering management system. It integrates many functions such as electricity metering, time-of-use, load control, and real-time monitoring, which is convenient for the centralized and managed use of electricity meters, and also prevents various phenomena such as electricity theft, leakage, and-load use of electricity, especially suitable for the management of modern colleges and universities' student dormitories.
