Introduction to the Logistics Service Center

 

On June 25, 2018, the school abolished the Logistics Management Office and logistics Service Group, and established the Logistics Service Center , which is the teaching and auxiliary department of the school. On behalf of the school, implement logistics planning, restaurant management, property management and campus greening planning, allocation management and maintenance and renovation of public buildings, energy management of water, electricity, heating and gas, vehicle management, construction of children's schools and kindergartens, and rational use and management of logistics resources.

The Logistics Service Centre has 11 secondary structures. Namely: General Services Division, Quality Control Division, Energy Security Division, Building Facilities Division, Catering Service Division, Property Management Division, Material Supply Division, Commercial Management Division, Vehicle Management Division, Children's Schools, Kindergartens. The center has 182 employees, including 79 regular employees (including 21 personnel agents) and 103 temporary workers such as labor dispatch. In addition, 340 property service personnel, 519 catering service personnel and 248 commercial service personnel are provided to the school.

Third, the apartment intelligent electronic control function introduction

SIMS intelligent electronic control system is used to manage the electricity consumption of students' apartment and young teachers' apartment. The system is a high-tech energy metering and management system which combines intelligent energy meter and microcomputer control part and connects with computer. Integrated power metering, time control, load control, real-time monitoring and many other functions in one, easy to centralized and management of electricity meters, while preventing all kinds of electricity leakage, overload and other phenomena, especially suitable for modern college student dormitory management.
