Introduction to the Logistics Service Center
河南科技学院后勤服务中心成立于2018年6月，由学校原后勤管理处和后勤服务集团合并而成。下设综合事务科、质量监督科、能源保障科、建筑设施科、餐饮服务科、物业管理科、物资供应科、商业管理科、子弟学校、幼儿园10个科室。主要负责学校后勤事业发展规划，餐厅、物业、校园绿化、公用建筑维修管理，水、电、暖、气等能源管理，子弟学校和幼儿园建设等。
The Logistics Service Center of Henan Institute of Science and Technology was established in June 2018 through merging the university’s former Logistics Management Office and its Logistics Service Group. The Center consists of ten departments: General Affairs, Quality Supervision, Energy Supply, Building Facilities, Catering Service, Property Management, Material Supply, Business Management, Affiliated School, and Kindergarten.The Center is primarily responsible for the development planning of the university’s logistics services. Its key responsibilities include the management of canteens, property, campus landscaping, and the maintenance of public buildings. It also oversees the management of utilities such as water, electricity, heating, and gas, as well as the development and construction of the affiliated school and kindergarten.
后勤服务中心坚持“团结后勤、高效后勤、平安后勤、节约后勤、人文后勤、廉洁后勤”的原则,以建设区域高水平大学相匹配的服务体系为发展目标，创新工作方法，强化自身建设，转变工作作风，提升服务质量。近五年来，通过全体“后勤人”的不懈努力，人员服务意识明显增强，服务质量不断提高，校园环境明显改善，深受师生一致好评，先后获得“河南省省级节水型单位”“河南省节能减排先进单位”“河南省能源资源节约和生态环境保护工作考核优秀单位”“新乡市绿色学校”等荣誉称号。
The Logistics Service Center adheres to the principles of “United, Efficient, Safe, Economical, Humanistic, and Integrity-Based Logistics Services.”Its development goal is to establish a service system which matches the development of a high-level regional university. To achieve this, the Center innovates working methods, strengthens interior construction, transforms working styles, and enhances service quality.Over the past five years,serviceawarenessamong staff has significantly increased, service quality has continuously improved, and the campus environment has been notably enhancedthrough the relentless efforts of all logistics personnel. The Center has received widespread acclaim from teachers and students and has successively been honored with titles such as “Water-Saving Institution of Henan Province”, “Advanced Institution in Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction of Henan Province”, “OutstandingInstitution in Energy Resources Conservation and Ecological Environment Protection Assessmentof Henan Province”,“Green School of Xinxiang ” and so on.

Embracing the new era, the Center pursues new achievements. Guided by Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era, the Logistics Service Center will closely focus on the goals and tasks proposed by the Fourth Party Congress. It willuphold the university’s motto of “Revere Virtue and Competence, Integrate Knowledge and Action”, carry forward the university’s spirit of “Endeavors amid Hardships, Self-Reliance without Cease”, and actively inherit and promote the “Bainong Spirit”. Through united dedication, tenacious perseverance, and diligent execution, the Center will keep improving its capabilities and standards of service and support, contributing to the establishment of our university as a high-level regional university with distinctive agricultural science features as soon as possible!
